I took the CORE evaluation while I was going through a very stressful period of transition in my life. I had recently lost my job and had entered a world of total uncertainty, I was questioning where life was taking me and why. I felt afraid to move forward, because I did not know what to expect. My familiar world was gone and I was forced to act on my own.
After reviewing the results, I found myself looking at different interests and possibly business ideas I had, but had never truly explored, because fear held me back. I have since found a new job and I am moving confidently in the direction of my dreams.

Over the years I have been to therapists, to seminars such as Landmark and Tony Robbins, T Harv Ekert, The Artist’s Way and several others, and listened to a multitude of motivational tapes. Although I understood what to do and learned a lot about myself and others I would get to a certain point both personally and professionally and give up because something was missing but didn’t know what. I had pretty much given up on myself and did not think that I was ever going to make any more progress…I was wrong.
CORE gave me a greater understanding of how my upbringing was in direct conflict with my nature. I started to understand the internal battle that was always waging and to get a grasp on some long-term situations. I don’t know if I had expectations as much as I had hope that I would be able to find something I could hang on to that would move me through some old patterns of behaviors that were getting in the way of my success and happiness. The CORE has done that and most of all, so has Jeannie. She is better that any psychotherapist I have ever known and worked with professionally. Her combination of intuition, life experience and problem solving skills are an invaluable asset. Jeannie has a remarkable ability to withhold judgment, avoid making assumptions and thinks out side the box.

I’d reached a point of feeling stuck. Whole life stuck. Within a week of deciding that I needed a coach, a friend of mine told me of her own coach, “Jeannie Anderson” for whom she had only the highest praise.
The CORE profile and the way Jeannie guided my through its findings let me own the self I’d always known was there but had not let myself fully acknowledge, accept and embrace, let alone bring forth.
In the first hour with Jeannie, the CORE assessment removed the lid from my life. The years of conflict, struggle and gnashing of teeth – the feeling of living against my own grain and always living “until” – finally made sense. I’d come home at last to my self.
The questions in the CORE profile didn’t seem all that different from other assessments I’d taken. But the accuracy of the resulting portrait was unlike anything I’d experienced before.
