As CEO of EcoAnalysts, Inc., I hired Jeannie to facilitate CORE with our entire Management Team. Each person took the online assessment then Jeannie came to our company headquarters to give a presentation on CORE and perform individual facilitations with our staff in person. There was significant apprehension among the staff at first, mainly due to fears that it would be used to pigeonhole people for future opportunities within the firm. Their interactions with Jeannie were all positive, however, and fears have subsided. Our management team has a better understanding of each other’s personality traits and this is helping our teambuilding efforts. Furthermore, we are offering CORE as a way of charting a path for personal and professional development.
EcoAnalysts is now having candidates for full time employment take the test and we are including the results in our screening process.
In summary, my experience with CORE and with Jeannie Anderson has been nothing but positive, it has been very enlightening, and I am learning and growing as a person. I am most grateful to Jeannie for what she has brought to the EcoAnalysts team.
Very truly yours,

From the beginning, Jeannie helped me understand myself better. Through her thorough analysis, I gained a better perspective on some of the conflicts I have had throughout my career and in my personal life. She outlined a plan of action, gave me assignments to explore the conflicts and enabled me to find solutions. Through her regular, consistent and collaborative coaching sessions, I gained the confidence needed to focus my energy on developing a plan to improve my business and to resolve barriers that were retarding my progress. I happily endorse Jeannie as your company and/or personal coach. She has enabled me to achieve positive results and I am confident that she will work to your benefit as well.

I have had the opportunity to take the CORE MAP twice, first in November of 2007 and for second time in July of 2008. I particularly liked that it measures the presence of each of the four traits, and does not just categorize me into a particular personality type like other assessments that I have used in the past.
The real power of the CORE shone through in the facilitations that I have received from Jeannie Anderson. I completed the second CORE on the suggestion from Jeannie that she noticed a possible shift in the growth of my natural traits. During my second facilitation, we determined that her intuition was right on. Jeannie helped me to understand my true nature and how it is coming out more and more in my new life and career directions. Jeannie’s presence during the facilitations, her style, and her strong grasp of the CORE MAP and coaching skills were the key to my ongoing success that I have derived from CORE MAP.
Having experienced the product and Jeannie’s work, and listening to my co-workers who have also completed the process with her, I am extremely satisfied and supportive of Jeannie and her delivery of the CORE MAP system. I can honestly say that my work with Jeannie has given me a serious and successful paradigm shift in how I view myself and my current work in leadership and the coaching industry. I highly recommend Jeannie to anyone who is committed to the path of self-awareness and personal development.

At a time in my life when I increasingly felt like a round peg being forced into a square hole, the coaching that I have received from Jeannie Anderson has helped me recognize strengths and talents that I did not realize that I possessed; and, has helped me see possibilities rather than obstacles. She has helped me make positive changes in my life and progress toward my goals!

Coaching: I had the opportunity to work with Jeannie through some personal coaching needs. She is a fantastic listener. She asks questions that provided me a chance to think through my situation. I would highly encourage anyone to work with Jeannie. She has a wonderful heart for coaching and enabling anyone to achieve their dreams or make necessary changes.
CORE training: I had the opportunity to work with Jeannie on my CORE profile. Great information! Jeannie was very thorough and non-judgmental. I have taken numerous "personality" assessments. The CORE training and Jeannie's input was invaluable. This profile gives a more well-rounded approach and even let's me know how I react during times of stress. I would highly encourage anyone to take advantage of this opportunity.

 Dear Jeannie:
I wanted to take just a moment to write a short note to thank you for your coaching session when I was in Denver, as well as your CORE profile facilitation.
Both your style of coaching and CORE facilitation made the sessions very comfortable for me. Additionally, I am pleased to report that our sessions resulted in me finding the confidence to move forward with both my business and personal practices.
Your coaching and facilitation assisted me in clearing the confusion I had regarding my two career paths. Just a month after our session I have established separate offices in Michigan and California and marketing and sales campaigns are underway.
The CORE facilitation resulted in me having validation of my self-awareness strengths and weaknesses. I have begun work on my self-awareness balance, which has made a very positive impact on my life and those around me.
Thanks again Jeannie for your guidance!
Truly yours,

I took the CORE at a time that I was feeling very conflicted inside. CORE showed me why I was feeling the way that I was and that it was because of how I was functioning versus what was natural to me.
The additional benefit was working with Jeannie to create a plan to work towards where I wanted to be and what is natural for me helped me to find the peace and balance I had been striving for. Jeannie was instrumental in helping me to make great strides in accomplishing my goals. I also loved being able to take the follow-up assessment after my coaching to see how much I had progressed!
I have taken the DISC in the past and while it was a helpful tool, I feel CORE provided a more detailed insight versus a general description of my personality. CORE helped me to understand “me” better, which gives me a foundation for making changes and why I operate like I do.

I am a member of the management team of a bioassessment firm. In July, of 2008, we were presented with the possibility of completing CORE profiles and using them for personal and professional development within the company. As a group dominated by scientists, we were concerned not only about the way such a ‘test’ might be used but also about its validity. After much discussion, we decided to move forward with CORE.
My personal experience with CORE was quite positive. The results were similar enough to measures I had taken in the past, including the Meyer’s-Briggs and the Color Code, that I was comfortable with its repeatability but the aspect that most won me over was the multi-dimensionality of it. One of the biggest areas of resistance to using such a measure as CORE is the resulting compartmentalization and ‘pigeon-holing’ of people within the company. CORE actually worked to do the opposite. Because of my position within the company, I am perceived as a strong Organizer – and I am successful in this role as it is highly developed for me. This, however, is not where I find the most satisfaction. As a matter of fact, when I took on this position in the recent structural reorganization of our company, I told the leadership that I would be more than happy to do it for a while – until the new systems I would be designing were up and running – but that it would not be a long term fit. CORE explained why.
As a supervisor of nine science professionals, I am open to ways to improve my interaction with them and develop a strong team environment – our business very much relies on the communication and consensus of our experts. Because I have had such a positive experience with the profile, I am comfortable encouraging my people to take CORE and use the facilitation to grow both their understanding of themselves as well as their teammates. I think CORE provides not only a good tool for development but more essentially – and pragmatically from a management perspective – it provides a common vocabulary to discuss what can often be ‘squishy’ subjects – like communications styles and reward systems and such.
While I believe CORE has been a useful tool and I look forward to expanding its use in our company, the ultimate selling point has been our facilitator, Jeannie Anderson. She came into our environment, which is one of empiricism and rigor, prepared to answer our questions and yes – challenges. Jeannie was very forthright with information and never hesitated to delay a response in order to answer truthfully and fully – she wasn’t afraid to say “I don’t know.” Her presentation to our group was well done and thorough and she catered it to the culture and specific questions she anticipated from our group – there was absolutely no sense of ‘one size fits all’. And finally, in terms of my personal facilitation, I thought Jeannie was insightful and thorough. I have had a wide array of life experiences that defy categorization and often make it difficult for people – especially those I have just met – to ‘get me’. This was not the case with Jeannie. From the moment we sat down, I felt that she had a decent grasp of who I was and the ability and empathy to ask the right questions to add more depth to her understanding. At no time did I feel that she was trying to fit me into her schema, rather she always worked to use that schema to help me understand myself more fully. I have been on a path most of my adult life to seek understanding of my behavior and motivations as well as those around me. It is a challenging prospect, to delve into one’s own psyche and confront the truth about what motivates us. Jeannie was a compliment to my own journey and left me with a sense not only of competence and desire for the betterment of others on her part, but a better understanding of what drives me and a sense of vindication for the person I have worked so hard to become. (And just as a side note – she did not accomplish this by telling me what I wanted to hear. To the contrary, the thing I least wanted to be was an Entertainer, and even though it is my area of lowest development, it is a natural trait for me and one that I need to cultivate to really find fulfillment. Not only did Jeannie tell me I was what I most abhorred, she did it in such a way that I am now on a path to actualize that part of myself and am excited about the very prospect.)
