Conscious Corporate Concepts was founded by Jeannie Anderson for the corporation that is striving to build and grow by recognizing that its most valuable assets truly are the individual employees. In today's changing world developing individuals who are happier, freer, wiser and more autonomous within an environment in which they can grow and thrive is paramount and will in return provide a higher level of productivity, increased employee retention and have an overall positive effect on the bottom line. Ultimately the corporation that develops and strengthens the individual will not only come through this time of change but will emerge from it with the stability that will propel them to excel, thereby setting the standard by which others must follow.
So what is a conscious corporation? It is a professional community that chooses to be informed, perceptive, aware, and purposeful. Our focus is on conscious communication, collaboration, connection, and compensation. It’s about implementing new concepts based on the needs of those it serves, from its employees, to its suppliers, to its clients. In other words, anyone within its reaches will know that it has been connected to a conscious corporation.
In today’s corporate world true leaders are hard to find and sadly enough may not even be recognizable by the current standards.
