About Jeannie
Jeannie Anderson coaches leaders and emerging leaders who have the desire to lead and grow their corporations ~ consciously. Her coaching clients include executives and managers within mid-to large organizations, small business owners and entrepreneurs. Her client list includes CEO’s, Managers, HR Directors, and Advisors from companies such as Eco Analysts Inc., Principal Financial Group, Trans Union, and Global Eagle.
Her coaching style has been described as authentic, intuitive, challenging, informative, direct, supportive, developmental and fun. Her coaching specialties include: leveraging high potential employees; retaining high potential employees; leadership and management skill development using inherent capabilities; small business development and growth; introduction to and implementing emotional intelligence; strengthening personal foundations; personal planning, goal getting; and simplifying life and stress management.
| Extensive experience in the business world from both a corporate, small business and entrepreneur’s perspective, along with her formal coach training, has given her an insight into the correlation between enjoying a personal life and achieving professional success. Her exposure to people who are driven to succeed, but at a very high cost physically, spiritually and emotionally, enabled her to see that many employees and business owners are succeeding at the ultimate cost – their life. Although she had once said that she would never return to the corporate arena Jeannie recognized that only someone who knows first hand what others are going through would be able to address their needs specifically and accurately. Her purpose in returning to corporate coaching is to inspire and guide others to have a life – An authentic life that is personally as well as professionally successful!
Jeannie first founded Pathways With Purpose, and worked with individuals who were seeking personal development. However, she soon discovered that these same individuals were needing and looking for development in their professional lives as well. Thus she became the founder of Conscious Corporate Concepts. Jeannie is passionate about inspiring people to discover and design their life, living authentically as “who” they were designed to be with or without the corporate titles! |

As a personal and business coach, who started her professional career at the age of sixteen working in a mailroom to when she left corporate America in 2005 as the Assistant to the Divisional President of a National Company she has a thorough understanding of working your way up the proverbial corporate ladder. She has served as Operations Director for an International Speaker, author and trainer for the corporate world and has owned her own successful businesses throughout the years. This powerful mix of the creative and conventional gives her an unique approach to coaching and training.
Jeannie coaches personal and professional clients throughout the United States. She is the author of numerous self growth articles and the CORE Coaches Guide for NaviCORE International Inc. Jeannie is a Master Certified CORE Coach and Licensed Facilitator, Presenter and Trainer through NaviCORE International Inc. She is currently an active member of the International Coach Federation (ICF) and is pursuing an ICF Master Certified Coach (MCC) designation through Coach U.
